Configure in the app
Open: SheevPad → Add Group / Add Button
SheevPad uses Group rather than Bot Category. Choose Add Group, fill Group Name, optionally enable Favorite group, then Save Group before assigning buttons.
Initial fields
- Name
- Button label, up to 40 characters.
- Type
- Action button, or Mobile navigation.
- Group
- Choose a saved group, or Ungrouped.
- Color
- Choose button appearance.
- Background Image
- Optional library image; Upload Images opens the Media Library.
- Enabled
- On by default.
- Visual On/Off state
- Off by default; appearance only. If enabled, Current visual state sets the displayed state.
Steps
- Open SheevPad from the app header. Create and save any groups first.
- Choose Add Button. Fill Name, Type, Group, Color, optional Background Image and Enabled.
- For Action button, optionally configure Visual On/Off state and Current visual state. These do not branch the action list or read external device state.
- Open Do (for commands also expand Advanced Actions). Choose an action category and action, then click Add action; alternatively search for its exact label. Expand its card and fill the documented fields using real resource pickers. Repeat for every action. Use Move action up / Move action down to set execution order. Actions run sequentially; adding several does not create parallel execution.
- Click Save Button explicitly. Test can execute effects; use it only when safe. Preview arranges the mobile/tablet layout.
- Save, reopen and verify the persisted fields and action order. Test only when the effects are intended: chat, audio, ads and external app actions can affect connected services. A synthetic test does not establish that a real incoming event or platform permission works. Confirm a real eligible event separately during live UAT.
